Alvaro went on a 10-day trip to Nicaragua in May. He visited 3 cities including: Managua, San Juan del Sur, and Jinotega. The purpose being to train pastors and leaders with a disciple-making culture to mobilize every believer for the mission of Jesus. He met again with some leaders from the February trip as well as connected with new ones.
On this trip there was a lot of envisioning what it would look like to meet people outside of the church where they are at, bringing a message of hope, of grace and of His scandalous grace.
Our heart is for every man, woman, and child. Therefore our training process intentionally brings learning and implementation together as leaders walk through 4 Phases of Movement to establish a:
*Disciple-making culture that mobilizes every believer for the mission.
*Church structure conducive to the spread of the Gospel in and for their context.
*Leadership pipeline to raise up community leaders, pastors, and planters from within.
*Regional team that brings training, coaching, and resourcing to the next generation of churches.
